Gravlax Salmon Recipe (Salmon Cured in Salt and Sugar)

This recipe describes how to marinate fresh salmon at home to make gravlax salmon. It is pretty easy and much cheaper than buying it already conditioned in the supermarket. In contrast, the preparation does not take more than 5 minutes, but it requires a bit of patience on your part, as the marinating time takes 2 to 3 days. This is a dish to predict well in advance. But it is really worth it!

And you, do you feel like preparing marinated salmon? Have you already tried, perhaps? If you want to share your opinion or other comments, please, I am waiting with impatience in the comments section.
