Egg and Bacon Sandwich Recipe

Today’s article describes how to prepare my egg and bacon sandwich. This is definitely one of my favorite sandwiches. I usually prepare it for picnics or to serve it as appetizers at parties at home (with some success by the way).

How to make egg and bacon sandwich

I have several recipes for sandwiches, including this one, that I usually prepare for these occasions, to avoid the classic ham and cheese. Also, I really like this sandwich because the idea was given to me by a good friend long ago.

Ingredientes

• 2 eggs
• 150 g lardons
• 4 tablespoons of fmayonnaise
• Fresh chives, to taste
• 8 slices of bread
• Salt

Elaboración

1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water.
2. Bring the water with the eggs to a boil over medium heat. When the water begins to boil count 8 minutes.
3. Once the eggs are boiled, take them out of the hot water and soak them in cold water.
4. Heat a pan without oil over medium heat.
5. When the pan is hot, add the bacon and stir fry until golden brown. Set aside on paper towels.
6. Once the eggs are cold, peel them and chop them. Add a pinch of salt.
7. Wash the chives, dry well and chop finely.
8. In a bowl, mix the egg chunks, bacon and chives with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
9. Spread the mixture over 4 slices of bread and cover with another slice.
10. It is done. Enjoy!
