This article describes how to prepare pumpkin gratin. It is a very simple recipe in three main steps. A first one in a skillet, then baking to soften the pumpkin, and finally a last baking until the gratin is golden brown. Needless to say that this dish is good way to consume this vegetable that always singals the beginning of the fall. I do not want to underestimate the pumpkin, but what I like most in a gratin is always taking each bite with the melted cheese on top. That is why I tend to use almost the double of cheese than the quantity in the ingredient list. And you, do you like the pumpkin gratin? Do you have your own version, maybe? Do you like as much as me the melted cheese on the top? If you want to share your thoughts, please leave a message in the comments section.
