Sour Cream Cilantro Dressing Recipe

One of the vinaigrettes I usually prepare for my salads is this coriander and sour cream vinaigrette. I really like the taste of cilantro, so it is not surprising that this vinaigrette is one of my my favorites. I discovered it recently when I could cross off in my to-do list one of the trips that I really wanted to do: visit California, in the United States. A visit I hope to have the chance to repeat, but I still have a thousand and one places on my list. I was just arrived at the hotel, with the jet-lag at its peak , and I went out for dinner. I did not go very far, because there was a restaurant next to the hotel which looked not too bad. I entered and asked for a salad, since I was not too hungry. Although it was a full salad , the kind of salad that comes with everything. However the waitres assured me it was not very heavy. The truth is that I did not regret at all ordering it. In this saldad was where I discovered this coriander and sour cream vinaigrette. Yummy! This vinagraitte goes perfect to prepare refreshing salads and if you also like cilantro as much as I do, you are going to love this vinagraitte a lot.
