I have prepared this recipe of potatoes a few years ago for the first time. Since then, I have been serving them quite often as the side dish for my roasted chicken. Even if everytime I cook roasted chicken I need to made the choice between this plate or French fries [1]. Both are delicious when dipping them in the chicken sauce, so I have to decide between crunchy fries [1]or softy thyn potatoes.
At first, I prepared this recipe only to accompany the roast chicken, but now I serve them also with other meat dishes. Especially for those that are baked in the oven, as we can use the oven to bake two dishes at once. Finally, they also have a great advantage: they are so easy to make!!

Roasted Potatoes with Thyme Recipe

Ingredientes
- 500 g potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Thyme
- Salt
Elaboración
- Place the potatoes in a oven pan and season with salt, thyme and olive oil.
- Bake them at 170ºC for 45 minutes or until gold and brown, stirring quite often.
Sugerencias, trucos y consejos
- Be careful when removing to avoid breaking the potatoes. Thet might be stuck on the pan.
