Raviole Pizza Recipe

Ingredientes

  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 100 g grated emmental cheese
  • 65 g of frozen ravioles de Romans [2] (half portion)
  • Chopped chives

Elaboración

  1. First things first, preheat the oven to 250°C, top and bottom heat .
  2. Roll out the pizza dough, leaving the edges a little thicker, so that the contents do not overflow on the oven.
  3. Spread the cream around the base, without reaching the edges.
  4. Now, sprinkle grated cheese and distribute the mini-ravioli.
  5. Bake for about 12 minutes. Place the tray with pizza on the very botton of the oven.
  6. Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with chopped chives and serve immediately .
