
Grilled cheese sandwich recipe

Ingredientes
- 4 slices of your favorite bread, about ¼ inch or ½ cm thick
- 2 oz or 50 g of grated or thinly sliced Swiss cheese
- 2 oz or 50 g of grated or thinly sliced mozzarella
- 2 oz or 50 g grated or thinly of sliced sharp cheddar
- Butter as needed
Elaboración
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
- Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of a slice of bread.
- Place the slices on the griddle, buttered side down. Top them with the three cheeses.
- Butter one side of the second slice and place it on top, buttered side up.
- When the bottom is golden and the cheese begins to melt, gently press the sandwich with a spatula and flip it.
- Cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted. Be careful, it might ooze a bit!
- That’s it! Let your grilled cheese rest a couple of minutes before eating, it’s piping hot! Enjoy!

- You can add more cheese if you like. Go as cheesy as you want.
