  • 2 slices of your favorite bread, about ½ cm thick
  • 25 g grated Emmental
  • 25 g grated mozzarella
  • 25 g grated semi-cured Manchego
  • Butter

Elaboración

  1. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of a slice of bread and place it on the griddle, buttered side down.
  3. Top with the three cheeses.
  4. Butter one side of the second slice and place it on top, buttered side up.
  5. When the bottom is golden and the cheese underneath starts to melt, gently press with a spatula and flip.
  6. Cook until the other side is golden to your liking and the cheese is nicely melted. Watch out—it can ooze!
