  • 4 slices of your favorite bread, about ¼ inch or ½ cm thick
  • 2 oz or 50 g of grated or thinly sliced Swiss cheese
  • 2 oz or 50 g of grated or thinly sliced mozzarella

  • Butter as needed

Elaboración

  1. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of a slice of bread.
  3. Place the slices on the griddle, buttered side down. Top them with the three cheeses.
  4. Butter one side of the second slice and place it on top, buttered side up.
  5. When the bottom is golden and the cheese begins to melt, gently press the sandwich with a spatula and flip it.
