
Egg and Bacon Sandwich Recipe

Ingredientes
- 2 eggs
- 150 g lardons
- 4 tablespoons of fmayonnaise
- Fresh chives, to taste
- 8 slices of bread
- Salt
Elaboración
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water.
- Bring the water with the eggs to a boil over medium heat. When the water begins to boil count 8 minutes.
- Once the eggs are boiled, take them out of the hot water and soak them in cold water.
- Heat a pan without oil over medium heat.
- When the pan is hot, add the bacon and stir fry until golden brown. Set aside on paper towels.
- Once the eggs are cold, peel them and chop them. Add a pinch of salt.
- Wash the chives, dry well and chop finely.
- In a bowl, mix the egg chunks, bacon and chives with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Spread the mixture over 4 slices of bread and cover with another slice.
