Ingredientes

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g lardons
  • 4 tablespoons of fmayonnaise
  • Fresh chives, to taste
  • 8 slices of bread
  • Salt

Elaboración

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water.
  2. Bring the water with the eggs to a boil over medium heat. When the water begins to boil count 8 minutes.

  4. Heat a pan without oil over medium heat.
