This recipe for salmon with mozzarella and basil was copied form the daily special of a restaurant of Grenoble, but the owner still does not know, I think. I do not know if this is exactly the recipe, as I do not have the list of all the ingredients, but I can say it tastes almost the same as far as I remember.

Basil and Mozzarella Salmon Recipe

Ingredientes
- 1 fillet of salmon tail ( other parts can be also used)
- 1 ball of mozzarella di bufala, sliced
- 100 grams of fresh basil, only the leaves, without stems
- 1 garlic clove, small
- 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Elaboración
- Preheat oven to 180 º C.
- Mix in the blender basil leaves, olive oil and garlic until smooth.
- Salt and pepper the salmon fillet to taste.
- Place salmon fillet on a baking pan .
- Brush the salmon fillet with basil oil .
- Top with mozzarella slices.
- Add a few drops of basil oil over the mozzarella.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the mozzarella is lightly brown and gold on the surface.
- That’s it.
