I have always loved making my own pizza. However, I never liked so much, making my pizza dough, until I learned how to make a pizza with a firm and crispy base. The secret is to sprinkle with semolina instead of flour when rolling the dough. Then, you should bake with the four to the maximum heat. Pizza Dough Recipe (Italian Style)

Divide the dough into two equal parts. Make a ball with each part bringing the edges inwards. On a cold surface sprinkled with semolina, roll each ball with a rolling pin . To make it as round as possible, give it first the round shape with your hands and mov 1/4 the dough every time you pass the pin. No need to flip the dough. Done. You can put the ingredients of your choice and bake . Hints, Tips, and Tricks To bake the pizza, preheat the oven to 250°C and bake the pizza on the bottom of the oven.
